Connecting Clients to their Customers and the Community FOCUS offers a wide variety of customized programs for the private, public and civic sectors. Delivered by experts in their fields, our programs are tailored to the particular needs of the client and are designed around client schedules, varying in length from one-hour to one-year. Our work is built on a strong and collaborative strategy resulting in professionally delivered products in our core areas of expertise; leadership training and development, strategic planning, citizen engagement and facilitation, marketplace assessment, community orientations, and workforce diversity. We employ a variety of techniques, including independent assessments, citizen engagement facilitation, access to community leaders, and skill building opportunities, to create customized programs that meet and exceed client objectives.
