Launched the Bridges Across Racial Polarization® program in the City of Kirkwood at the request of the Community for Understanding and Healing (CFUH) following the City Hall shooting of February 2008. More than 80 community members signed up for Bridges groups.
 Facilitated an eight-session community dialogue series and train-the-trainer workshops in 2007 and again in 2008 to bridge communication between Bosnian and U.S.-born neighbors through KETC/Channel 9's Love and Forgiveness Campaign.
Designed and co-facilitated a teacher in-service program around issues of race and student achievement for the Ladue School District.
Partnered with Cooperating School Districts, Missouri School Board Association, and Black Leadership Roundtable to present a professional development seminar entitled "Closing the Achievement Gap: A Professional Development Opportunity for School Board Members".
