FOCUS is pleased to announce the second cohort of Women In Leadership at Citi St. Louis. The cohort consists of 20 participants, selected from across the financial services firm’s St. Louis team.

“For more than 40 years, our Women In Leadership program has been providing participants with the tools, resources and network to lead more confidently and effectively,” says Shalia Ford, FOCUS Director of Leadership Programs. “After the success of our first cohort last spring, we’re excited to continue bringing this transformational leadership experience to Citi.”

Using FOCUS’ time-tested curriculum, these Citi women will have the opportunity to refine their leadership competencies, gain a deeper understanding of the St. Louis region, and build deeper connections with their colleagues and peers.
