The pace and scale of change, loom of uncertainty, and layers of stress people are experiencing both in their workplaces and in their lives can feel overwhelming.  So how do leaders, managers, HR professionals, and culture champions (all of us!) make a positive difference to help both people and results thrive?

During this half-day workshop, we’ll explore:

  • How to ignite (or reignite) a sense of meaning, fulfillment, and belonging by co-creating a culture people want to be part of.
  • Meaningful ways to improve the manager-employee relationship, which accounts for a whopping 70% of the massive employee engagement gap.
  • The key drivers of a cohesive team and the personal behaviors that ensure positive engagement, authentic collaboration, and lasting organizational health.

The session will include an overview of global thought leader Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviors® model (based on his best-selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team). Attendees will leave with practical, actionable tips for building skills and understanding in the areas of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.
