An Insider's Orientation to the Region
Since 1984, Experience St. Louis has been providing executives and senior-level leaders with an insider’s orientation to the region. For those with limited time, the program offers a fast-track to getting connected and up to speed on the issues, institutions, and individuals shaping our community.
To meet the needs of busy leaders, Experience St. Louis is delivered over the course of two days, with sessions hosted at sites across the region, giving participants the chance to explore St. Louis from multiple perspectives.

Who Should Apply
If you’re an executive new to the St. Louis community, have recently been promoted to a senior-level role, or are a FOCUS alum who’d like a refresher on all things St. Louis, this program is designed for you. Spouses and partners are also encouraged to participate.
Like all FOCUS leadership programs, Experience St. Louis welcomes participants from all backgrounds, industries, and sectors.
What to Expect
During the two-day orientation, you’ll explore the historical, political, economic, cultural and social landscape of St. Louis. Led by FOCUS’ President & CEO, you’ll also have the chance to connect and talk with leaders and influential decision-makers in the community.
