FOCUS is pleased to collaborate with financial services firm Citi to bring the Women In Leadership program to their organization. The first Women In Leadership at Citi St. Louis cohort kicked off this week with 20 participants, selected from across their St. Louis team.
Using FOCUS’ time-tested curriculum, these Citi women will have the opportunity to refine their leadership competencies, gain a deeper understanding of the St. Louis region, and build deeper connections with their colleagues and peers.
