After the Vote
Your voice matters, on Election Day and every day, but you matter too. No matter who you voted for, election season can be challenging. Give yourself permission to step back from the constant election news and media cycle to pause, reflect, and process. Take care of yourself.
At FOCUS, we train leaders and give them the tools to reach across divisions and create, influence and inspire change at all levels. We encourage you to stay engaged, with FOCUS and our region, and continue engaging in courageous conversations within your circles and the community.
