FOCUS St. Louis and We Live Here invite you to join us for a public forum on Racial Equity and the Board of Electors, often referred to as the Board of Freeholders. The Board of Electors has a mandate to fundamentally redesign government in St. Louis City and County. Any such redesign must begin with the core challenge our region faces, that of Racial Equity. Whether one year from now the Board recommends a massive restructuring, or some minor fixes, the only things that limit their power are the constitution, their imagination, and the voters of St. Louis City and County, who must approve their plan. Join us to begin the community conversation with them.
Online registration is now sold out! Walk-up seats will be alloted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Send your questions for this forum via Twitter to @welivehereSTL or use the hashtag #BOESTL. Livestream information will be coming soon.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the event begins at 7:00 p.m.
