Women’s Open Space Discussion

Date(s) - July 28, 2022
9:00 am - 12:00 pm

All FOCUS alumnae and friends are invited to join us for an Open Space Technology event on July 28 to talk about current issues, future challenges and creative solutions for all women.

The Open Space methodology is carefully designed to elicit maximum involvement and creativity in a constructive atmosphere. It is also highly flexible so that the content is entirely determined by you – the participants. This virtual event will be inventive, creative, productive and full of surprises. This journey will enable you in community to discuss your aspirations and to be supported in as many ways possible.

Achievement in the meeting will be totally dependent upon individual and collective responsibility to make it happen. The content is what each person shares, and the outcome is what we will all create. We propose to create an Open Space in which clear thinking and creativity can flourish. We need to better understand our strengths and how we can build on them to position us for our aspirational selves.

We are on a journey without maps, except as we draw them. There are no simple answers, only an opportunity to explore together.

Advance registration is required at the link above, and online registration will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26.  When you sign up, keep in mind that you are committing to stay for the entire session (9 a.m. – noon).

This event will be hosted on the FOCUS Virtual Campus. Your unique log-in details will be sent a few days prior – be sure to check your junk/spam/promotions folder if you don’t see it. If you have any questions regarding your registration, please contact Kayla Dix at kaylad@focus-stl.org or (314) 657-4020.
